Arachas is delighted to announce the acquisition of Ben McArdle Limited, which has been trading since 1964 from Sandyford in Dublin. This marks another significant milestone in the expansion strategy of Arachas, which has grown steadily over the past 20 years to become Ireland’s largest nationwide insurance broker.
Operating in general insurance, with a client base all around the country, the firm, established 62 years ago, is currently run by John McArdle, son of the founder. The business has a separate trading branch in Northern Ireland, which is complementary to The Ardonagh Group’s activities in that market.
John and his team operate a high-quality book of commercial lines business, with a stellar reputation for customer service, with many loyal clients who have trusted them for decades.
With a strong family ethos, the quality of their book of business and their five-star customer service, this acquisition reinforces Arachas’ commitment to excellence.
Following the acquisition, John McArdle, Principal of Ben McArdle Limited, will continue to work with Arachas, ensuring a seamless transition for the firm’s existing clients and staff.
