Permanent / Full Time - Arachas Office Location

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Business Partner to develop and action marketing plans that drive our future growth. This is a role for a skilled and versatile marketeer with a wide range of skills and a desire to lead. Arachas is established as the largest in its industry in Ireland, part of an international organisation, and growing its business and its people every day.

Geographical Location

Arachas Office Location Arachas has offices across the country and keen to have marketing representation at a regional level. Blended working model – remote & willingness to spend time regularly in regional offices especially in South West, Western regions.

Core Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Get to know your Business Partners and Channels
  • Work with Business Partners to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Build brand equity
  • Create game changing marketing materials and campaigns using internal and external resources
  • Create well scripted comms for internal and external use
  • Create and manage marketing programs and calendars for your business areas
  • Analyse and review performance to identify and implement changes which drive further growth
  • Create a wide range of content including video, animation, text, stills and live action and any other content forms for social media and digital platforms
  • Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners and agencies
  • Contribute to social media and other channels to achieve great engagement
  • Monitor market activity and develop innovative actions to respond
  • Assess marketing and sponsorship opportunities
  • Assist with planning and attend internal and external events and PR opportunities
  • Analyse and report on status of projects and campaigns, successes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Be self-starting and committed to completing projects within agreed parameters
  • Use your creativity to maximise reach and engagement
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Be part of a great team

What you’ll bring:

  • A Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar
  • Broad marketing skills and experiences
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, Google Analytics Reporting, Website CMS
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • A marketing mind that combines creativity and metrics driven decision making
  • Writing intelligent campaign briefs which inspire buy-in and presenting them to diverse audiences
  • Superior communication and relationship building skills
  • Proven project management skills, even with complex projects
  • A real eye for opportunities to showcase and build brand
  • Ability to demonstrate your initiative
  • A good organiser
  • Be a team player and a self-starter

  • Business Unit Head of Departments & Account Executives/Managers – Business Unit Marketing Plan; Sales Campaign Development & Support; Marketing Calendar
  • HR - Internal Comms, Events, M&A Integration Support
  • Senior Leadership Team – Engagement with key initiatives
  • Digital Marketing Manager – Generating joint plans to support business unit sales & marketing plan
  • Web Dev Team
  • Ops Teams
  • Ardonagh Group Comms – supporting group events/projects/launches

Key External Relationships:

  • Agencies – Communications, Design, Digital, Brand
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships – Relationship Building; Maximising Investment
  • Influencers & Brand Ambassadors – Connecting with new audiences, building tribes of followers
  • Industry Representative Associations – Insurance sector & Client industries
