Why Do I Need Roadside Assistance with Van Insurance Cover?
While we all like to think that we won’t need this cover, breaking down can happen to anyone – but we’ll get you sorted if this happens to you. We’ll send a qualified repairer to help get you back on the road as quickly as possible. And if repairs are feasible, we will provide you with up to one hour’s labour to fix your vehicle at the location of the breakdown. We will also cover (if necessary) the cost of towing your vehicle for up to 24 kilometres from the breakdown site, and if repairs to your Van cannot be completed on the same day - we can arrange overnight accommodation or alternative transportation to make things easier for you.
Protected No Claims Bonus - What is it?
You can have one claim without it affecting your no claims discount when you have the maximum no claims bonus on your policy. However, if you make a second claim you can avail of a step back bonus arrangement where we will reduce your no-claim discount in line with our step back scale and if you make a further claim, this will affect your no-claims discount.

What Does My Van Insurance Cover In The Event Of An Accident?

- Damaged beyond repair & will cost more than 60% of the manufacturer’s retail list (including taxes and the cost of accessories) at the time of the loss or damage
