- Rental accommodation up to €1,000 - Total cost €170.75
- Rental accommodation from €1,000 to €2,000 - Total cost €260.00
- Rental accommodation from €2,000 to €3,000 - Total cost €338.75
- Rental properties with income exceeding €3,000 to be negotiated individually.
- For Landlords wishing to protect their rental income in the case of default or a tenant refusing to leave and not paying rent.
- Maximum payment will be up to six months’ rent.
- Once a Landlord identifies a problem they can contact DAS Legal Advice Team who will take over the management of the process from cradle to grave.
- Total costs will be paid up to a maximum of €70,000 per claim.
