The Ardonagh Group (Ardonagh) has formally announced their intention to acquire Arachas.
Ardonagh is the UK’s largest independent insurance broker with global reach, a network of over 100 office locations, and a workforce of over 6,000 people. Formed in 2017 and following a series of acquisitions in 2018, Ardonagh brings together best-in-class brands.
This follows the announcement earlier this year of the completion of a new investment arrangement between Arachas and Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP) and HPS Investment Partners. MDP & HPS are also the major shareholders of The Ardonagh Group.
