About the Role
The Head of Growth for Retail Personal Lines is responsible for the Demand Generation and Sales Execution of the Arachas Growth plan in Personal Lines.
This person needs to have a track record or the ambition to lead a high performing, Customer Outcome focused sales team.
Geographical Location
Arachas has offices in Dublin, Kildare, Cork, Waterford, Galway, Mayo & Cavan
Reports To:
Head of Personal Lines
Role Accountabilities Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management:
- Experience of developing, analysing and interpreting and reporting on sales metrics
- Experience in campaign management and tracking and trending data
- Creating and managing partnerships in campaign management
- Change and transformation management experience
- Experience in driving sales campaigns from top of funnel queries through to sales outcomes
- Experience of working in an environment where meeting targets was a core part of the role
- People management experience leading and developing a team
- Utilising project management skills to manage an array of projects
- Ability to network effectively internally and externally
Team Management:
- Experiencing managing a team especially in a fast – paced, multi-sited environment
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Teams
- Building a newly formed team
- Managing high performance sales teams
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to network effectively internally and externally
- Report to EMT / Board Level
