Campaign and Sales Partnership Manager

About the Role

Campaign and Sales Partnership Manager is responsible for the Demand Generation and Sales Execution of the Arachas Growth plan in Personal Lines. This person needs to have a track record of leading a high performing, Customer Outcome focused sales team. 

Reports To: Head of Personal Lines

  • Affinities & Commercial Retail

Key External Relationships:

  • Strategic Insurers Panel Members
  • Partnerships: / Distilled Media / Home Bond / Done Deal / Vodafone / Affinity partners

Role Accountabilities

Sales Performance Management:

  • Experience in driving sales campaigns from top of funnel queries through to sales outcomes
  • Experience of working in an environment where meeting targets was a core part of the role
  • Experience of developing, analysing and interpreting and reporting on sales metrics
  • Creating, supporting and managing partnerships in campaigns and strategic activity
  • Change and transformation management experience
  • People management experience leading and developing a sales team
  • Project management skills to manage an array of projects
  • Ability to network effectively internally and externally

Team Management:

  • Experiencing managing a team especially in a fast – paced, multi-sited environment
  • Managing Inbound and Outbound Teams
  • Building a newly formed team
  • Managing high performance sales teams

Team Collaboration

  • Ability to network and effectively collaborate internally and externally
  • Report to EMT


  • Knowledge of regulatory sales, linking with compliance and risk functions


  • Experience of minimum 8 years’ operating in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment where meeting targets are core part of the role
  • Project management experience
  • Digitally Savvy
  • Strong communication skills essential
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to visit branch network/partners as required
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to unforeseen events

Person Specification:

  • Experience of running sales campaigns from top of funnel through to sales closing, analysing activity and adjusting activity as required
  • Change & Transformation management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Willingness to learn & develop
  • Strong work ethic
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
