In the majority of cases studied, Arachas found that policies did not provide adequate cover in respect of the numerous risk exposures facing Group Water Schemes. In addition, it was found that committee members & directors were personally exposed. They had no recourse in the event of legal action being taken against them for alleged wrongdoing or poor corporate governance. Some more glaring examples included:- Employers liability:  No cover provided in respect of volunteers or helpers. Public liability:  Cover with inadequate Limits of Indemnity and no cover for products liability. Cover not extended to cover member to member liability. Directors & Officers liability: No protection whatsoever for the directors & officers in respect of corporate governance. Once the initial phase of our studies was completed, Arachas proceeded to design a programme that would eliminate these gaps in cover and allow Group Water Schemes identify clearly those risks that most expose their scheme.  The package designed now provides a comprehensive solution, as you will see from the  attached cover chart.
